The men’s thirds are at Eglinton Flats for a bout against the Dragons (k/o noon). The men’s firsts and seconds are up at Fletchers. Both are playing against Lindsay. (typical kick off times, 2nds @ 1:30 p.m. and 1sts @ 3:00 p.m.). The senior women are playing an away game versus Mississauga. The NAGs Players—the theatre group started by Nomads—celebrated their 40th Anniversary on May 28 with a lively dinner event full of memories at AVIV Restaurant on Dupont Street. Participating in the fun were Martin Edmonds, Pete Towill, Kris McMahon, Dolores Maher, Joe Kapu, Joe Wray, and Bernie Duff. Of course, Neil Sorbie was there in spirit. Senior Men 3rd XV A full schedule for the Nomads at Fletcher’s Fields kicked off with the 3rd XV playing Barrie. A strong side was available to follow on from a good win in Brampton last week, however three early injuries culled the numbers significantly.
