U12s & U14s in the news

Howard Junior Public School hosted the 2011 Toronto Nomads under 14 and under 12 junior rugby teams pre-season fitness and conditioning training on April 28th.

About 30 west-end boys and girls, some new to rugby, some experienced, came out to practice drills and learn safe play. They worked on agility, speed, catching and pursuit, then cooled down with a good stretch. Outdoor training will start in mid-May on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Eglinton flats. Nomads also offers under-18s, under-16s and junior leagues, as well as senior leagues for both men and women. ]]>
