U14 rugby is contact rugby designed to further the players' skills. New players are introduced to the game under strictly controlled conditions. At this age the players are separated by gender- the girls can play with the Nomads under-17 girl’s team..
The Nomads had a very successful 2008 season. The team was undefeated for the full season. They lost a very close game in the finals to the Oakville Crusaders, the Ontario champions
We are looking forward to the 2010 season, we have new players coming in as well as returning veterans from our minis/U12 program. The league will continue in a league format in order to accommodate summer plans and insure that there will be games for the players at the different venues around the GTA.
